Three developments in Melbourne and Sydney to launch for sale in Singapore; prices from A$705,000
Costs start from A$ 705,000 ($ 639,375) for a one-bedder and A$ 1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Established by Melbourne-based property builder LAS Group, the project is slated for finalization in 4Q2028.
The three property developments give Singapore customers a breadth of residential alternatives, noted Adrian Lim, senior director and chief of international residential sales at Savills Singapore. “Home buyers can consider not only the individual home, but also the type of neighbourhood and lifestyle that best matches their demands.”
Cavallo is an apartment tower along Clarke Road in Southbank, an inner-city suburban area merely southern of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit development offers one- to two-bedroom flats evaluating from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.
On the other hand, The Kensington is situated along Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use project– a project by Australian property business TOGA Group– has 142 luxury houses sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.
The property development is around a six-minute stretch away from the St Leonards train terminal, providing citizens public transport connection to the CBD. Other close-by services consist of Shopping center 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Healthcare facility and institutions. Park Avenue Residences is anticipated to be carried out this year.
Cavallo is near to sites consisting of the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also provides convenient accessibility to tertiary education centers including the University of Melbourne’s Southbank school, La Trobe University and Victoria University.
The Kensington is 2 minutes away walking from Kensington Station, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Public transportation connection. The property is also close to primary health and universities, comprising the University of New South Wales.
Apartments at three new developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– will be introduced for sale to Singapore buyers during the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, said Savills Singapore. Cavallo lies in Melbourne, whilst Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington operate in Sydney.
Park Avenue Residences lies in St Leonards, a suburban area in Sydney’s North Shore location. The project by Sydney developer JQZ features one- to three-bedroom apartment or condos, valued at A$ 980,000, A$ 1.53 million and A$ 2.06 million, respectively.
Savills Singapore will hold a launch event for the projects at Voco Orchard Hotel from 2pm to 6pm on Sept 19 and 20.
Residences at the development make up one- to three-bedders, together with small office, home office (or Soho) apartments. Rates begin with A$ 1.03 million for a one-bedroom unit and go up to A$ 1.96 million for a three-bedroom apartment; a Soho unit costs A$ 1.74 million.
